Mathew Tsai, Esq.

    Matthew advises clients in real estate transactions and personal injury matters.

    Matthew is uniquely skilled in both transactional and litigation matters. With his background in real estate transactions and in business and corporate matters, Matthew counsels clients on pitfalls to avoid when entering into real estate contracts. With his background in complex commercial litigation, Matthew advocates for quick and favorable results for his clients in personal injury matters.

    Before working for two renowned Am Law 200 firms, Matthew served as a law clerk for Justice Ron Parraguirre of the Nevada Supreme Court. Matthew is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

    Matthew was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. In his spare time, Matthew loves to travel, indulge in all types of cuisine, exercise, and spend quality time with his family.

James Dunn, Esq.

    James uses his diverse experience to work with clients from all backgrounds to develop advanced estate planning strategies.

    James's background includes representing celebrities and tech founders to protect and further their estate, wealth, and charitable planning strategies.

    Prior to forming Tsai Dunn Law, James practiced at an Am Law 200 firm and Am Law 100 firm, and served as a law clerk for Justice Michael Cherry of the Nevada Supreme Court.
